About the Author
wellness advocate, who blends modern nutrition science with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, offering
a holistic approach to food and wellness. She comes from a long line of Ayurveda proponents—her great-grandfather
was an Ayurvedic expert in Karnataka while her grandfather founded one of the state’s
most prestigious Ayurveda colleges—and has inherited a deep appreciation for medicinal herbs and
spices because of her family’s traditions.
A certified nutritionist, Anushruti is the author of the popular website www.divinetaste.com. She has
reached thousands of people worldwide through her website, with her recipes being recreated in home
kitchens and professional settings alike, for everyday meals as well as special occasions.
Her work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal blog, BBC Good Food and other major publications
and websites. She has hosted the widely popular digital cooking show, Divine Taste with Anushruti on
Rajshri Food, as well as Kiddies Corner with Anushruti. These shows are now available on Amazon Prime
Video. She has conducted workshops and culinary demonstrations for esteemed organizations, including
the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, the European Union and the Spanish government.
