Veerendra Jaitly is not a rock star. He is neither a Harward graduate nor an alumnus of Stanford. But he is a motivational speaker par excellence. His USP is his energy and enthusiasm and is able to imbibe that in the minds of his participants to enable them to create a performance driven culture in the organization. He is a management consultant, a coach, a writer and a mentor for the corporate world. He is known for his communication and leadership skills. His trainings are well-known for being informative, interactive, and action oriented.

He has been instrumental in the creation of PanIIT India as its Founder Board Member. He was the Chairman Logistics, Operations and Entertainment Committee of PanIIT2004 and PanIIT2010, a global meet of ex IITians. He was the Secretary and then President of Technology Alumni Association, IIT Kharagpur: North India. Presently he heads the IIT Kharagpur Alumni Foundation of India.

Jaitly did his M.Tech in Sat Comm and B.Tech (Honrs) in E&ECE both from IIT Kharagpur and he worked extensively in the area of Web Marketing for his MBA project. He is on the Board of Advisors of ‘India America Today’ a Washington DC based Journal. He proved his leadership as the Founder Dean of Jaypee University of Information Technology, Distt Solan. He was Govt and Defence Consultant–India and SAARC region of Cisco Systems and was responsible for creating awareness about SWANs (State Wide Area Networks) and Network Centric Warfare (NCW) in Indian Defence Forces.

Jaitly has a number of articles to his credit and has delivered lectures/ presentations at National and International forums and has travelled across the globe and therefore has international exposure and understanding, He had been the Leader for an All India Motor Cycle Rally and was Oi/C for a Car Rally from Kanyakumari to Delhi. He loves to trek, plays Golf and devotes some of his energies for promoting education in the tribal areas.

Thousands of people have benefitted from his highly soul stirring motivational talk titled ‘We Can! We Can!’. In order to reach many more millions, he has converted his talk and his articles in the form of a highly motivational ‘Self Help Book’ that can transform lives. He is working on two more books: ‘100 Great IITians: Dedicated to the Service of Nation’ and ‘Aish without Cash’ that portrays the story of a cash starved small company during economic recession and how it comes out of that. These two books should see the light of the day in 2016.
