Nidhi is known for her bestselling novel That Night. Her debut work was published by Penguin Random House India and Penguin Southeast Asia in April 2021. The book quickly rose to fame, becoming a national bestseller in a remarkable eight months. With nearly fifty thousand copies sold, That Night continues to dominate the horror category on Amazon India as the number one bestseller.
Recently, Nidhi released her second book, I Hear You, which blends domestic noir with a touch of science fiction. She received a prestigious grant from the National Arts Council of Singapore for her works, That Night and I Hear You. Venturing into the world of theatre, Nidhi successfully debuted as a playwright with Shankh-Naad which became part of the esteemed “DASTAK 2021,” an annual multicultural theatre festival showcasing Hindi plays in Singapore.
Beyond her literary pursuits, Nidhi holds an Engineering degree from Kurukshetra University. She gave up her successful career as a headhunter to become a mother and a writer.
