Mike is the owner of IntegrityWorks Coaching an integrity-driven coaching and training company centered on bringing out the best in others through education, encouragement and inspiration. Specific services are targeted toward professional speaking, soft-skills training, one on one coaching, and outsourced sales management. Mike and his wife, Amy have been married for over 23 years – committed to an exciting relationship centered in their faith and what Amy calls CPR (compromise, pursuit, and respect). Mike and Amy have three children and plan nearly everything around their family.
